Average, the Acs in the one bedrooms don't cool well when it's over 110. But the community is friendly and the apartments are mostly high quality.

Building is ok, landscaping was nice, and management has its moments of acting like they care (some employees much better than others) - but the newness is fading fast, facilities getting dirty and old already. Lots of neighbors who don’t follow the rules and make the property worse they don’t do anything about. Management doesn’t seem to care about anything except collecting your rent, which is exorbitant, very hard to get them to enforce the rules. We could rent a house in Litchfield for the… cost, and we most likely will if rent doesn’t come down.
