Given the cost of living in these units, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, there have been several issues that give the impression that the units were completed very quickly and without the level of care expected for a property of this standard.

The Beverly does not return the deposit

I moved out April 30th. I still have not received my security deposit back as promised. When I contacted Kyle, he told me that they had sent me a check and it had been cashed and there was not much they could do. When I asked for an investigation into the matter because I had not even received a check, he said he would mail another one. This has been three weeks and still have not received my security deposit. I have emailed Kyle since and have not gotten a reply. I asked to pick my check up… from the office and was told they cannot leave a check for me to pick up.

The Beverly is a wonderful apartment complex. There’s a lot of community and events. The only thing is that the community sits in the middle of all these construction sites. That start at 4 or 5 AM Monday through Saturday and are allowed to be out there until 7 PM. It is literally crazy so that’s why I would not recommend.
