Living at The Beverly is like living at a 5 star resort. This is not your typical apartment complex.

You can hear all the dogs barking because the walls are so thin it sounds like it’s in your apartment and only some residents try to keep their dogs quiet or take them in when they’re barking constantly.
We can hear the dog whining above us and it has woken us up because it’s so loud throughout the entire ceiling.
You can hear the back gate slamming.
Any time someone flushes a toilet or showers we can hear the pipes in the master bedroom and second bathroom.The noise was actually so loud in... the second bathroom it startled a guest and has also woken us up.
The trash stinks in the first floor of the garage and the main hallway as well as on the west side of the building. It’s so embarrassing. Definitely not luxurious and not worth what you pay.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at The Beverly. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The grounds are so nice—perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The amenities are not at the scale of some apartments, but are top-notch and perfect for my needs. A peaceful, elegant home with friendly, helpful management. Highly recommend!

It’s pretty but it lacks quality. Not worth the amount you pay and doesn’t feel luxurious or relaxing when you can constantly hear everything from every other unit.

Living at the Beverly is akin to staying at a resort or country club but with all of my belongings! I don’t know when I’ve been happier than at the Beverly: lovely neighbors, proximity to all of Scottsdale’s best features, close to all areas of medical care, easy access to Phoenix, and THE best restaurants and shopping. For me, it’s a dream place to live!
