The Beverly is a wonderful apartment complex. There’s a lot of community and events. The only thing is that the community sits in the middle of all these construction sites. That start at 4 or 5 AM Monday through Saturday and are allowed to be out there until 7 PM. It is literally crazy so that’s why I would not recommend.

The Beverly is extremely welcoming by all staff members. It’s beautiful inside and outside and the staff, grounds and paths make you feel as if you’re staying at a 5-star resort.

Maintence is very prompt at the Beverly which is why I chose to move in here. Having a history of illness from mold, I need a safe space to live, I can’t live anywhere that has water damage. The Beverly has been very prompt at addressing any concerns for water damage I have and has been committed to making sure my apartment and surrounding areas are safe for me.
