Overall, I have had a positive experience and am excited to be a resident of this community. One of my favorite features is the beautiful view from the apartment, which was a major reason I chose to live here. I also appreciate the convenient location, with restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and bars all within a short distance, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The parking is convenient, and having elevator access makes moving in and transporting groceries... or other items much easier. The complimentary high-speed internet is another excellent amenity that adds value and convenience to living here.

I have found the staff to be welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. I appreciate their quick response times and their willingness to listen to residents’ concerns and work toward resolving them. It is reassuring to know that resident feedback is taken seriously.

The complimentary breakfast is also a thoughtful perk that helps create a welcoming sense of community. Overall, the combination of the beautiful views, convenient location, ample parking, elevator access, included internet, excellent amenities, and attentive staff makes this a community I am excited to call home. I’ve been a resident here since September 2025 and my overall experience has been positive. I like my unit and the location and think it’s a great value in term of price/quality ratio.
I recently went to leasing office and asked if there was way I could print some important work documents since the community business center printer was not working due to a recent internet outage. Bianca at the front desk went out of her way to help by offering me to forward the documents to their email so she... could print them for me right from office. My experience at adara has been great an the office an maintenance staff there are excellent

Shoutout to Lillia for always keeping Adara in tip top shape. Everytime I go to the gym she is there already making sure everything smells and looks good. She is great!!

I had a tour last week with the leasing manager S and she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I appreciated it after touring so many places. I actually felt welcome unlike a few other places I
went to.
