I’ve had a positive experience with the internal support and service at Adara. The manager, Giovanni, has been especially outstanding—professional, responsive, and always willing to help. The maintenance team is also consistently quick, courteous, and reliable whenever something needs attention. The building itself is clean and well-maintained, and the amenities make daily life convenient and comfortable. Overall, I’ve appreciated the strong support from the staff members who truly care about... residents and work hard to keep the community running smoothly.

the layout is cool and has potential to be a nice place but nobody takes care of the building. It smells everywhere everything is falling apart.

Well how about the fact we do not have a washer for a few week according to the head maintenance worker and same for ice maker that is supposed to be in the freezer I wont recommend this place because obviously you guys can't take care of guests. Don't stay here till they either fix our problems or give us a discount

Great location, but the majority of the building is very dirty (gym, corridors, stairs, and apartments) and poorly maintained (some door readers are not working, and some machines in the gym are broken).
