Rev3 @ Avondale

I’ve really enjoyed living at Rev3 @ Avondale. The property is clean and well-maintained, with great facilities including a nice pool and a 24/7 gym, which is very convenient.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we have any requests or concerns. One of the things I appreciate most is the gated community—it gives me an added sense of safety and peace of mind.

Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to live, and I would definitely recommend Rev3 @… Avondale to anyone looking for a well-maintained and welcoming community.

Clean, Modern & Comfortable Place to Call Home

We’ve had a great experience living at Rev3! The community is new, clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our home feels comfortable and spacious, and the whole area is peaceful and pleasant to live in. Everything still feels fresh and well taken care of, which makes it a really nice place to come home to. We’re very happy with our experience here and would definitely recommend Rev3 to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to live!

Avondale Rev3

These are individual detached homes with private yards and attached 2 car garages. And brand new! Such a rare find. Was our favorite place we toured. The finishes are beautiful - black hardware, subway tile, black fixtures, shaker cabinets, cobble patio and artificial turf in the backyard. 10/10. And as amazing as these units are Reece was equally great! Super responsive, helpful and kind. Went above and beyond!
