Serena was amazing to work with throughout the leasing process. She was very responsive, kept us updated every step of the way, and made it possible for us to get into our apartment much faster than we expected. Everyone in the office was friendly, easygoing, and understanding of our situation. They made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and smooth. We really appreciate all of their help and would definitely recommend them!

I’m going on my 3rd year of living here and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! The leasing office is so helpful and our rent has mostly stayed the same. They also allow you to make your apartment feel like a home and it’s really a place where you can start off and then grow!

I’ve been at Cabana Bullard since the opening and was 1 of the very first people to move on opening day bright and early in the morning. The 3 years I have been there have been awesome. I started in a studio and moved to a 1 bdrm. I recently moved because my twin boy and girl have gotten to big and need there own rooms and unfortunately Cabana doesn’t offer 3 bdrm or I would still be there.

Cat has been the most amazing manager to ever ask for. She has always been there when you needed... something and was always there to listen. If something went wrong she is very quick to step in and fix it or handle it.

Torres gotta give him a shout out he’s an awesome maintenance man very knowledgeable and gets the job done fast no job is ever too much for him.

Gonna miss having such an awesome manager and maintenance technician but unfortunately it was my time to leave do to how life goes. Thank you Cabana for treating me like family during my time there and being a first time solo renter on my own in a complete different state. I strongly suggest this place and still tell people about this place today. Prices are very very reasonable for Goodyear. My current place is dang expensive for sure. The entire maintenance staff and leasing managers are all very helpful and kind. Mike from the maintenance staff recently fixed a drain problem and replaced my air filter and he was so nice!
