Property Address: 13700 N Fountain Hills Blvd, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268
These "apartments" are actually just a block of units in a condominium complex owned by one company. What this means for us as renters is that our management cannot do anything in terms of maintenance requests for the community amenities and common areas including the pool, since these are all controlled by the condominium owner's HOA. The constant power struggle between the "apartment" management and the HOA leads to poor outcomes. I do not recommend renting here.

Poor Management
Four Peaks Apartments have been under new ownership and management and it has been a disaster. No maintenance of common areas, pool has turned green.
