Gilbert Greens

First and foremost, DO NOT RENT HERE. I have been a resident since 2017 and ever since Chamberlin and Associates took over, this complex has gone downhill. We have had a maintenance request in the system since March 13th and it still has not been completed. I have spoken multiple times to both maintenance staff and to Carla, the property manager, about it being completed and they always say they will complete it and they still haven’t to this day. Also, last Friday our washing machine broke. We… called at 2:30 PM to let them know. Mind you, we pay $75/month for a washer and dryer. Maintenance came on Monday to look at it so we went all weekend without a washing machine. We were told the part would be in and installed yesterday (Wednesday 4/5) and nobody ever came. I called today to find out what was going on and finally maintenance came to install it. The worker was working on it for a bit then abruptly left. We had to call the office to find out why he suddenly left then we were told now it won’t be fixed until tomorrow. That will mark 1 week without a washing machine. We asked to use a vacant units washing machine and were told no and that we could use the laundromat on site, which we would have to PAY MORE MONEY to use. They don’t care about getting things done for you as a resident. I recommend living here if you want nothing done and want to pay a high amount of rent for an outdated apartment. Read More

We were in a rush to move and this was the only place in Gilbert that had an apartment ready to move into. I read the reviews and can say they can be off putting. But I needed a place ASAP.

Don’t believe everything you read! Brynnen helped me with my move in. I applied Thursday evening - well after hours. And by Saturday day, the property manager approved me and moved me in within hours of approval!!! I can’t thank them enough for really understanding my need to move ASAP and getting it done… so quickly. Felt like they genuinely cared.

Truly living in the Gilbert slums. Terrible maintenance. Terrible management that nickel and dime you to death! Brass ceiling fans, popcorn ceilings, laminate counters and cabinets that are peeling, mismatched and decades old appliances, counters that are attached to wall by globs of caulking. Add in 75.00 a month to have a stackable washer and dryer that probably won’t be from this decade, very high water fees, no gym and awful landscaping that is constantly flooded out for hours (nice winter… grass seed floating down the street)and add in cockroaches, rats, and German roaches. A working stove is considered two working burners and the other two you are required to pull out of the stove and shove back in for it to ‘maybe’ heat up. You don’t get to decide if you want style over affordability. Don’t think “it’s not as bad as they say” and take a chance renting here. Just say NO!!! Read More
