Hard to have community when you must pay for guests to park. Clean place. Fast valet garbage pickup. I don’t like the fact we have to search for a parking spot especially if our apartment’s apartment vicinity is taken.

The area is kept so clean. Garbage is picked up everyday. Dog poop is usually picked up. The common area like the gym are always nice. Everyone here keeps to their own and are nice.

My boyfriend and i walked in for a tour , greeted with such kindness and friendly hospitality, we saw two units and fell inlove with the one we moved into , everything has been so wonderful, The whole place is so beautiful and nice i love the unit we moved into , there was some minor things i would love to see if we could do anything about nothing too bad i have a great view and am just loving the community good neighbors and amazing management and front office staff! keep up the good work you... guys are very attentive and good with communicating i haven’t had any problems or complaints . Thank you Escape!
