I've really enjoyed living here! One of my favorite things is the location—pretty much everything I need is within 10 minutes, from grocery stores and restaurants to great nightlife. It's incredibly convenient.

The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and upbeat, which makes a big difference. The property is clean, well-maintained, and whenever I've submitted a maintenance request, it's been handled quickly and professionally.

There are various grievances with how Seven Oaks is being run currently. The location and the property itself have so much potential, but it’s overshadowed by glaring issues that are left unaddressed by the property management.

For several months, the parking garage access was not functional, meaning that anyone could access the parking deck. Bikes were stolen, cars were broken into, and the property management did not provide a timeline for repair.

A lot of the doors in and around the... community do not work, or work intermittently. This is not only an inconvenience, but also a safety hazard. If a resident finds themselves in an unsafe position on the public street, they are at the mercy of a deeply unreliable fob system.

The trash chutes regularly malfunction, leaving mountains of trash accumulated by residents unable to properly dispose of their waste. As with many other apartments, residents are forced to pay for a trash pickup service that is incredibly unreliable.

The hot tub was broken for months, without a timeline for repair.

The fitness center is ill-equipped and never clean. There is simply not enough equipment to support the amount of residents in this community.

The units themselves are what you’d expect: a "luxury" touch but installed by the lowest bidder. Light fixtures, blinds, doors, and hinges either weren’t installed properly or just don’t work at all.

There is a contracted cleaning team who are regularly seen wandering the hallways, headphones on, more preoccupied by their phone calls than cleaning.
Many of these issues could be addressed or at least alleviated by a competent and compassionate management team. As of today, Seven Oaks lacks that. Read More

Great experience touring the property a couple months ago. Eboni has been fantastic through the whole process and helped make the move-in smooth. We've really enjoyed living in our apartment so far, and the amenities are top tier!
