What can I say? I am barely moving in and I’ve been having problems since day. One to begin with my lease wasn’t ready when they was supposed to be ready. Second there was a problem with my parking space there they give me a tap to open the elevator because mine was not ready, and I got locked out of the elevator because it wasn’t working at night, so I stay there outside the elevator in the heat for like 30 minutes until someone open the elevator one of the other residence so if you ask me all… these are like red flags I am questioning myself if I made the right choice because I haven’t even moved in completely, and I already want to move out

This place is a dump!

The property is completely dirty entrance stairs haven't been cleaned in months along with elevator entryways in parking area. The garage issue is nuts, they take up parking space to place the dumpsters, they also have a trailer hauling out trash from the complex. Hallway is stinking like trash, hasn't been vacuumed for quite a while, to add the window ledges inside are covered in bugs and dust. Recently changed the hours to the pool which is why i moved here. Trash valet is charged but I can't… use it due to my work schedule that doesn't match with the hours of pickup, and if I leave my trash out I get a notice.

Also, the amenities are nice, the pool and the gym.
