worst apartments

Horrible, worst apartment I have lived in my life. From the start the apartments smelled like cigarettes from day one. You can hear everything including your neighbors cough. If you have an issue with maintenance they won’t come to fix anything that wasn’t just a problem to us but also to neighbors. When they have inspection they don’t knock they only come in so be careful if your showering.. like me. Now for management they will tell you one thing and then do another. We turned our keys in and… said we didn’t , now want to charge us for that. Many more major issues… I would not recommend this place to live. Zero stars.

More fees on top of fees

I've lived here for quite a bit of time and now that this R.E.M Management Has moved in You as the Tendent Have no choice but to use their online customer service rent system And let me tell you using their system will cost you a 29 dollar fee Every time and you have no choice But to use their system. Don't expect to pay your rent on the first and Think that's the end of that. You'll get more tacked on fees later. Trust me.
And then we'll be charged another $29 to pay those fees, and it will be… like that every time you pay your rent...... So let's review

Rent 29 Customer service charge fee New Utility fees or Lease adjustment fee Another 29 dollars For customer service charge fee Credit card fee Another additional 29 dollars customer service charge........ You get where i'm going. You don't pay everything up front. You pay it back to back with multiple 29 dollar customer service fees. Every time you pay on their billing site.... And it's mandatory, no money orders. Or checks of any kind, it's not allowed. A 100% monopoly process we're you're the loser Every time

Price Hikes

Rent is going up 20% over 1 year, and and management told us we should be grateful, it should be more, and that is a discount price. This place is literally rotting from the inside, bugs crawl from the drains, pipes burst in the walls, and maintenance is an oxymoron here, and their idea of "newly renovated" means they just slapped paint over the outside and put in some exterior details. Would recommend looking at least somewhere mediocre, this this complex is definitely below that

Don’t Do It!!!

Do not move here. They are liars and do not care about your safety or how you feel. Someone came into our apartment without permission or without even warning us. I tried to have a nice conversation with the manager because I felt unsafe and she completely turned the situation around on me and said we did give permission. We would never have due to having a 4 month old. I had left her at least 3 voicemails before actually speaking to her and she said she doesn’t listen to voicemails due to… having to run the complex on her own. She said she doesn’t have time to do anything. I tried speaking to a higher up manager and she pretty much said sorry nothing I can do I am taking their side and said I was wrong. My air conditioner has broke 3 times since living here. No one cares. They all stand up for each other but will not listen to the people renting. Trust me.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Trash. Management is even worse, lived here for a year and a half never had problems till now. Constantly see bugs, even seen one in my refrigerator!! and the office has yet to do anything about it. It’s disgusting here.
