IMPRESSED!!!!

I would have given 5 stars but since I just moved in, I will leave a little wiggle room. So far, I am super pleased. The grounds are immaculate. The apartments are spacious and super cute. The price is just right and the process to apply and get approved was painless. One of the best things is NO EXCESSIVE FEES. I know exactly what my rent is every month. The staff was nice, friendly and patient with all of my questions, as I was moving from out of state. I love the activities they have… had with the food trucks. I really don't have any complaints. The stuff I pointed out in my move in was fixed immediately. Great community and close to so many stores. Looking forward to making this my home away from my home in Virginia.

Highly Recommend Living Here

I spent a year living at The Villas and truly enjoyed my time there. The apartment itself was roomy, comfortable, and well cared for. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the grounds were always tidy and peaceful. The office team stood out for being approachable, professional, and helpful, which made everything so much smoother. I’d gladly recommend The Villas to anyone searching for a convenient and welcoming place to call home.

All positive

I try to be really fair and balanced as I personally rely heavilty on reviews that I read. I rarely give a 5 star review because, let's be honest, there is ussually something that can be improved. With that said, I cannot think of anything negative at all to say about this place. You will be lucky if you can get a place here.
