Good place to stay.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartments are nice, cozy, and feel very comfortable. It’s also a pretty quiet community, and there isn’t much noise unless it’s coming from outside. The maintenance team is very helpful and responds quickly whenever something needs to be taken care of. The staff is also super sweet, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice and peaceful… place to live!

Tour

I had a great experience touring the apartment, and Marlene was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I really appreciated Marlene’s excellent customer service and would definitely recommend asking for her if you’re considering touring this community!

wonderful property

Had a great experience with Montevida! I really like how they take care of the property and residents. Marlenne was excellent!! She was knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. Definitely recommend checking them out!
