This is a decent place to live. Nothing special. Management has decided to price gouge with their fees. It’s not worth the fees alone. Look somewhere else.

We have lived in this complex for almost 4 years now and it's great! We picked this complex because we got a great impression of the staff when touring and they have not let us down! We originally leased with Lori and she is still here being amazing! The maintenance staff is on top of everything and most requests are completed at the latest by the next morning. These apartments aren't great but they aren't bad either. The pools aren't cleaned on the weekends which is gross. Cinthia in the rental office has a stone face and a stone attitude to match. She wouldn't smiled if someone paid her. There was very little conversation while she was showing us the apartment and didn't bother to list any of the amenities. We were interested in renting here but not after experiencing her.

I only stayed here for 6 months and that was bad enough. From day one it was downhill. Our apartment was not move in ready and we could not see the apartment ahead of time. There were so many things wrong inside the apartment that I gave the front desk a packet of photos of everything that needed to be fixed. They never offered to change our apartment but merely stated that everything in the packet would get fixed ASAP. The front desk lady told me "well you know your not the first person to live... in this apartment right?" -as if I didn't know what.

The first month of us staying here the **SWAT Team and DEA** blew off the door to our upstair's neighbor's apartment at 5am. They then proceeded to search the apartment next to theirs and ours. The management did nothing for us even though we were scared and uncomfortable in the complex. They said they did not have the ability to check everyone's background that they rented to and that things happen.... The next month my husband was in a hit-and-run accident in the complex by one of the residents. We took the license plate of the person, a description of what the person looked like, and told them the building they lived in - they stated they would go to the owners and get their insurance information for us- nothing was ever done. We filled a police report which helped us to get their insurance information.

Almost every month something new and unbelievable would happen in our apartment from the carpet coming undone, ant infestations, mechanical problems with appliances, neighbor disturbances, and work order assistance. We were told, after everything we experienced, we would be getting our security deposit back - we received a letter in the mail just a couple days ago that they used our security deposit for "maintenance" and "cleaning purposes" for moving out expenses. I have photos of how spotless and beautiful I left the apartment and they claimed certain things still needed to be done. The day before moving out I asked the front desk lady if I needed to do anything or pay anything before we left - she said, "No that's it. We are really sorry for everything you've had to go through here and we hope you have a better experience at your next complex. Just don't leave any trash inside the apartment and you should be receiving your security deposit in a week".....this was at the beginning of December. It's been over a month. For starters location,location, and location is a huge key on why my family picked Tresa apartments to reside. Everything you can imagine is just a few minutes away. The complex is good size. Great neighbors beautiful scenery. They're animal friendly which makes that great for my family having two dogs. We live in the three bedroom and two bathroom apartment. The apartment is huge with it being 1400 square feet with more then enough room for 4 family members. The walk in closets in every room... are very spacious. The kitchen is perfect for those holidays seasons when you have all the family over. Ceilings in every room has a built in fan which keeps the whole apartment cool specially in the summer time in Arizona. The only downside I can honestly say living here is the built in cabinets in the restroom are out of date. They need a upgrade in that area for sure. But last but not least the office personnel are great to deal with. Every time I have a issue they're fast to respond back to me in a short period.
