I’ve lived here for about three years and I love it. No major issues, quite complex, and quick maintenance responses! Highly recommend the Cimarron

Just moved!
Just moved to this beautiful community. The grounds within the complex are stunning and well maintained. Lots of new upgrades have already taken place and continue. There are hammocks if you want to lounge and view the stars at night, or take in the sun by day. Barbecue areas throughout the property if you want to grill. The pool area is gorgeous with the most fragrant flowers. This seems to be a quiet community for an apartment complex. Kyle, in the front office is simply the BEST! He is... always friendly and willing to help in any way. The maintenance supervisor, Jim is very kind and super helpful as well. I had a few little things that needed to be sorted and he was quick with all the fixes. He even took the time to show me a few things as he went along as I expressed my desire to learn.
My only critique would be that the garbage area is not always well maintained. This is more on the residents than it is the property management as I see that they have done their best to keep it clean. They sent out an email setting the expectation on the residents to keep the area clean, which is OUR job to do. We all need to pitch in and respect our environment. All in all this has been a very pleasant experience and I look forward to living here. Thank you!

Love it here
We have loved living here for 3 years now, anytime we have a maintenance request their always so ready and happy to help-Jim especially! The front of office Jonna and Kyle are amazing and help out so much. I would recommend this place to any of my friends!

Peaceful Oasis in the Dessert
What an amazing peaceful place to live. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to rent this place for our student. From the second you walk into the courtyard, you realize this is a very unique and special place. Plenty of shade, great pool, hear the sounds of song birds, and enjoy quiet living in the heart of the city. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, the tram, university/college, art shops, etc.. Super safe. Super clean. Super nice management. 5 Stars!
