Floors sink in. Cabinets rot off. Hoodlums trying to break in. People always go through unlocked cars. I've had car parts stolen. And to top it off the new management is a group of heartless people that have no remorse for personal issues and zero leniency. Bring the old company with hearts back. At least they cared about the residents.

The apartment complex where my family and I reside has been the most wonderful out of every other place we have lived. It has everything that we have needed ever since the first day we moved in. The staff are helpful and very welcoming, the grounds are clean, location is perfect, all the remodeling has made the place even more ideal for anyone looking for an apartment, and it is wonderful having a washer and dryer within the apartment. This is a place that I will recommend to others that I know... and don't know.

have not moved in yet, but I am completely impressed. the apartments are kept clean every time we visit and the location is amazing . right by the school and downtown .

The management team is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are nice sized. My only problem with the complex is there is cockroachs. It's been an ongoing problem, and the police are here frequently. Overall not a bad place and tons of families with children and a school down the road.
