Bolero

Ive lived her for almost exactly a year. At first it was ok ...it was nice and the staff was nice but theb it considerably worse. You absolutely cannot find any parking! You will literally drive 30 min looking for one or risk being towed even in your own spot. My garage door was broken and i had no where to park. They still have not fixed my garage! I pay for this parking spot for no reason apparently. I tried to bring this up to them and they only thing said was "in all two years of working… here ,ive never heard that before". The staff loves to argue when you bring up a complaint and tells me there is nothing they can do since there is not a manager on site. They charge you for everything even when i cleaned my own carpet before i moved out..they charged for me a cleaning fee. The gates are always broken and i mean all the gates. The pool is so full of chlorine i got sick and cant even use it because its so dirty. No problem with the maintenance team though. Read More

I really love these apartments. I have 9 months living here and I have never had any issues with my parking lot, roaches, or any tipical issues you run by at any other apartments. The only recent issues have been running toilets but the office has been very responsive when it comes to resolving that issue. The pools are always clean and in good condition. I like how about every month they power wash the apartments to have them looking clean. The apartments are located at a great location with… the freeway right down the street. There is also many restaurants and stores right around the corner. Bolero apartments are at a perfect spot with everything you need nearby. They are also very convinient because they have laundry and dryer and you dont have to leave your apartments to get laundary done. They have many different floor plans to choose from and also three pools to choose from to go enjoy a great afternoon. There gym facility is also great its always clean and smelling fresh. I have nothing but great things to say about Bolero Apartments. They are on top of everything. When I send in a Work order is is responded to the same day, when i had an issue with my water they were beyond fair. Its a very clean, safe and quiet neighborhood.

We have armed security guards and the security gates rarely work. Enough said.
