Great place to stay/rent apartments. The space , size and location are all suitable for your liking. Everything you need in connivence at your door, just all around great for living. Good staffing as well Aisha, Hope and Nick have all did a fantastic service with in general information and what was needed as far as showing the property. Great living experience.

My experience at Celia Apartments was one of the most stressful and disappointing I have had. During leasing, Kyndal and Terry were friendly and responsive, and the community seemed caring. Once I moved in, though, communication rarely led to action, and many concerns were acknowledged but not fixed.
My biggest issue was the constant AC problems. It went out at least once a month, leaving my dog without air conditioning while I worked 12-hour shifts. I often had to bring her to work because I... did not feel safe leaving her in a hot apartment. That was stressful and unacceptable.
Maintenance was another major concern. After they damaged my belongings multiple times, I asked that they not enter unless I was home. They still entered without me present. As a 24-year-old woman living alone in my first apartment, that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and I seriously considered calling the police.
I also had unresolved issues, including a bathtub without a proper plug. After moving out, I was charged for resurfacing and other fees I did not think were justified. It was frustrating to be billed for problems that should have been addressed.
The problems continued after move-out. A month later, I contacted the office about my security deposit and received an itemized list of charges. That same day, collections called about additional charges I was not expecting. The lack of transparency was disappointing.
Looking back, my biggest regret was signing this lease. I would not recommend Celia Apartments to anyone looking for a safe, respectful, well-managed place to live. Please do your research before deciding. Read More

This team is where it is at, the apartments have made such a change now that management is here to stay. I have had many bad experiences, but with the change I can feel the difference in the community. The leasing agents are also wonderful here. 10/10

I have been living here for almost a year now, and I can definitely say this place is home. I am newer to North Phoenix, but the community here is very caring and friendly and I have already made so many friends here. Caitlynn is a wonderful manager and since the shift, I feel so confident bringing my issues to her team. Aisha and Hope are wonderful leasing agents, they have helped me so much as a first time renter and I really hope those who may have had a bad experience can come back to see... how it might have changed from before! I called to get information and pricing. The male agent was very rude. When I was trying to get clarification on the additional monthly fee's he became rude and when I asked for a manager he placed me on hold and didn't pick up the phone. I called back on no one answered. I left a message for the Regional manager - Corporate office ?
