Not honest with their Tenants

This place is the joke of an apartment rental. One star for all residential services. I still have a leak in my AC with the ceiling coming down after dozens of maintenance requests spanning the entire year. There is mold on the ceiling that I have to clean up myself. I have been taking work off early, because the property manager, is only here on weekdays during work hours, for over a Month now trying to fix various issues. No one will work with you over the phone, the property owner will scrap… you off to the property manager, and the property manger will just go to voice mail and never call back. He has proven to be a bold face liar, that will smile and shake your hand, telling you Week after Week your problem will be fixed by tomorrow and it Never is. No matter how much you try to work with these people your efforts will be in vain and they will not communicate with you, outside of a forced face to face, no matter how many times you ask them to. I will admit that most my problems here have eventually been resolved but not without immense effort and persistence on my part that can last weeks or even months, otherwise these people will bury you. This place wouldn't be half bad if they would just work with their tenants in an honest and timely fashion. Be warned all negative reviews you read on this complex are 100% true, all positive reviews no longer apply here.

Great Service!!

I came in right before closing and Shea did an amazing job answering all my questions and making sure I understood the process. I was able to tour, do my application and get approved within 24 hours! I am so grateful for the staff in a time of hardship in my life for making the process so easy and being so helpful!

A/c

In a little more then 2 weeks my a/c has been not working. 1ST took 3 days to repair. Still waiting even though filled an emergency repair online and with the office on both.

Great Staff

The office staff is super nice and great customer service. The property itself is clean. The only reason I didnt rent was because I myself is looking for more modern look. But over all great staff and property
