great office staff
i went in for a tour and roxanne was very helpful showed me exactly what i wanted to see and answered all of my questions. property was clean and the apartment was great no roaches or mold.

Exploring with Roxanne
The Hamptons is a beautiful, well-maintained community with a peaceful atmosphere and a great location. The grounds are always clean, and it’s clear that management takes pride in keeping the property looking its best. Roxanne has been exceptional throughout the entire experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She was always quick to answer questions, made the leasing process smooth, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care... of.
