I like it

Good location, can hop right on the 101 and the 51. The front office is always responsive and maintenance men are quick. The gym is smaller but typically empty early in the mornings so it works for me. The pools are nice and typically not crowded during the weekdays. If you live on the north side of the building the traffic can be a bit loud from the 101 but not terrible. There is a nice neighborhood across the street which is safe for walks. Keep in mind you will be paying about $250 more than... your base rent after all utilities! (aps, cox, sewer/trash, common area fees, etc.)
