No peace of mind

I'm not able to upload the clips I have of how ridiculously loud it actually gets here, otherwise you will see that the reviews about the noise are NO joke.

These are not normal noises, this is people YELLING to the top of their lungs and music so loud that it sounds like you're at a concert or something. You can hear it even if you live on the 3rd floor.

I rarely review or complain about things but it's so bad to the point where I have lost sleep at times. It goes on for hours into 2am.... There's usually blasting music to go along with the yelling. This is just a normal thing here at Nova North Valley.

What does the office do? Nothing except send out an email but they take no real action even though many residents have complained consistently.

This is not a smoke free community or a community with a noise curfew.

It's the exact opposite.

Worst Place ever

They are trashy and bill for charge for every small thing. I paid my rent just like I had for 5 months and all of a sudden the lost my payment, charged me a late fee and then accused me of NSFs. So I took them a Money order... that they refused. I have retained a lawyer.

As we have discussed with you, your original payment for the recent month was not... received. We were happy to waive any associated late fees and provided you with the opportunity to pay online via our portal, but your online payment did not go through. We did receive an alternate form of payment from you after alerting you that the online payment failed, however, as we mentioned to you, your final option is to pay via Cashier's Check. Awful management

I have been here for since late 2021. The original management company was fantastic, they made everything feel worth the money and had lots of care for the community. However this new property management team is abysmal. From the community grounds being let go from lack of care, to noise complaints never being addressed. There is constant sounds of dogs barking every minute of every hour of every day. Have they done anything to address this? No. I have made now 6 complaints and hear the exact... same response with no action being taken. The amenities are all falling behind. Lots of noise by tenants made during the evening and night. Every weekend there is basically a huge party in the pool area with the trash cans overflowing with beer cans. I cant wait until my lease is starting to end to move away from here. This is my first apartment after moving from my home state and the property management behind this community has left an extremely sour taste. Avoid at all costs.
