I’ve lived at Alta North central for almost 4 years. My apartment is nice. The hallways are dirty. The garage is filthy. Repairs have been slow. Management has changed a number of times it’s not worth it.

The staff is extremely friendly, and maintenance staff quick and attentive to requests. I love the location, the apartment amenities and the unit amenities!
