I really don't even know where to begin. I've lived in about 30 different locations in my life, and this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. 1. Police raided the complex in the middle of the night on 2 separate occasions. Helicopters with search lights shining into the apartments. 2. My car got broken into. 3. Two people were shot and killed in the building across from mine. 4. Men patrolling the area outside my building with AK47s in the middle of the night. (I served 4 years in the... Marine Corps infantry and that scared the heck out of me.) 5. At least once a month the management will send you a notice to inspect your apartment but will never show up. 6. No security cameras whatsoever. 7. Trash and dog poop littered all throughout the complex. 8. The units are equipped with a fire alarm and loudspeaker that will randomly go off with no notice from management at all. 9. I had a random woman I do not know quietly knock on my door in the middle of the night and proceeded to stand there for 5 minutes. God knows what she wanted. 10. If you have two eyes, two ears, and a brain you will notice the illegal activity throughout the complex. 11. Your unit will be very dirty when you receive it. Be prepared to buy a lot of cleaning supplies. 12. I cleaned the place spotless and left it better than i received it, yet they took my entire security deposit. 13. Speed limits are non-existent in the complex. 14. I have never in my life posted a review. I specifically made this account to warn people not to make the same mistake I did.

Great location and the units are nice, but the grounds are disgusting. Trash all on the stairs and poop all on the sidewalks. And it just stays that way. Feels like a biohazard walking around.

The apartments are great and the amenities are nice but it stops there. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything going on with your neighbors. The police patrols atleast once a month and I have seen the police helicopter looking for individuals at the trailer park right next to the complex. The front office is full of incompetent people that do not know how to do their job. They have gone through quite a few community managers in my 1st year here and they won’t address issues brought... up to them. They add on so many fees when rent is due that it bumps up the price listed about $300 than what is listed. Save your money and your time and look for apartments elsewhere. The worst experience ever! I moved in a little over 3 months ago, and for the first 2 months i had no working AC... they moved me into an apartment with AC that worked the day i moved in at that was it! IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. IN ARIZONA! i spent every day asking when it would be fixed, and was given the run around or " i'm not sure" for 2 months!I also had random people coming into my apartment without my knowledge the whole two months. The only reason i know is because i worked from home... some days and would have random men coming into my apartment in the middle of my meetings! Also, at one point my own key wouldnt work for the door and i was locked out in the middle of the night. Most likely due to all the extra keys being used to get into my apartment! MANAGEMENT SUCKS! karen is the worst and was not helpful in any way, the only person in management that was good was Javone and he quit. The apartments are nice, the neighbors are awesome but most are leaving due to horrible experiences and raise in rent price. my rent is more every month witb so many extra fees! the apartments are not worth the price, they look nice but all the extra fees which ends up being at least another $150 they add on to rent and all the problems with management it make it unbearable to live here. if i had the time or money to break my lease i would! Went on a tour yesterday and everything looked great and once I saw the price tag was inflated $100 (not a big deal just was advertised on a different price) I really liked the unit so I applied once I applied is once the headache began first I was told something when I was there and the next day everything changes and they have all of these requirements that’s they failed to mention on the tour...and worst of all they have 0 customer service skills it was like talking to a wall once they... decided to deny my application for not meeting the requirements I wasn’t informed of and lost $120 and most importantly my time.
