I have lived at Remington Ranch Apts for many years and I want to give my appreciation to the staff and maintenance for doing a wonderful job. Lalo, the maintenance worker, did a great job taking care of a few of my work orders after deciding to transition to another Apt within Remington Ranch. It was a different layout and a bit of a change. It was needed lol.. Christina, Denise and Victoria helped me make the transition with ease. My husband and I rented from Remington Ranch for one year. When we first moved in (June), the community seemed to be ok. As time went on, the community atmosphere got progressively worse. Many nights we were woken up from sirens and police lights. We do not know the reason as to why police were at the location but needless to say, I did not feel safe. Then there was an assault on grounds by the pool. If possible, I would have moved out after the first month. The gates are often broken, lights… not replaced, and dog poop everywhere! As for the apartment itself, the appliances are old and outdated, washer and dryer need to be replaced, tiles and carpet are gross. Multiple times I went to use the pool and the gates were never unlocked by management. The location of the apartment complex is not ideal as it is right off of West Indian School Rd and is very noisy. The apartment is over priced! If I could, I would leave a zero rating review. Lived here for 2 years. From the start we were lied too. We were showed a model apartment that had updated appliances and hardwood flooring we were told our apartment would be the same and it was not it had extremely old appliances and old dirty carpet

The entire apartment was also extremely dirty and not ready to rent I had to spend several hours cleaning before I could move my family in

The gates were always broke and left open allowing anyone to come in, the mail room was broken into… multiple times and management made no effort to make the mail room more secure

The grounds are extremely dirty the only grounds keeping consists of people walking around with leaf blowers blowing large amounts of trash ,rocks and dirt onto patios

The pools were almost always closed during hours they were supposed to be open with no notice whatsoever

Living off Indian school is loud at all hours of the day. Management is never willing to respond unless it’s about money they want from you. Place is going down hill. Save your money and look elsewhere.
