30+ Days For Maintenance
The apartments look nice and have decent space. I like that they have all these amenities. They told us the pool was heated but everytime we’ve gone it’s not. It is a bit pricey for having outdated appliances. The microwave is cracked/broken but fixed with glue. Make sure you do a thorough inspection before moving in, ours was just visibly clean. The laundry doors were disgusting from the inside and the bottom of the kitchen cabinets were also pretty dirty. We also found a previous tenants... leftover clothes in a box. On top of that on the lease it says they charge for EACH of those “cleanings” -.- ! They have an ice machine in the freezer but was told by maintenance it doesn’t filter the water that comes out after we requested a filter change. And if you need work orders done that’ll take up to 2 months if not more so don’t hold your breathe on that. Every time we say something it’s always that they’re backed up over 100 orders that they’ll get to us when they get us. Also make sure you guys look at all their fees, that was my mistake. Do with this information as you will. READ!! YOUR!! LEASE!!!!!!
