My apartment and the community are lovely. Except: I’ve lived here for a week, the dryer never worked and I was promised a new one by the beginning of the week. No dryer yet and it’s Thursday night. Bathroom drain 100% clogged (good thing there’s 2). Drawer missing from kitchen. Garbage disposal doesn’t work and that side of sink clogged. Still haven’t received a trash can. There are no screens on windows or sliding door. I’ll stop there. None of these things have been fixed. Shouldn’t have been... like that upon move in to begin with!
Oh, my car was broken into.
Other than that apartment is nice and pretty spacious.

Overall a quiet place to live. Wasn’t the smoothest process moving in but that was out of the leasing offices control. Only thing that sucks is allll the speed bumps lol!

There is a lot of dog poop everywhere and red ants. I have to be worried where I step so they do not crawl all up my legs. I do like they events and contests they have.

No grounds upkeep. No uncovered parking yet won’t allow us to pay for an extra uncovered when there’s TONS open. Gates are supposed to be closed and they are never closed, allowing weirdos to enter property.

So far everything thing and evry one has been super helpful and nice especially. I can't say I have any complaints yet. There was some bugs when we first moved in but I haven't seen that many lately. My next plan is to goto the pool and see how much fun we can have there.
