Things have been going okay, we have had a few issues since moving in but Managment has been very receptive about fixing any issues we do have. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a decent affordable place to live

Its not a bad place lived here for 2 years no bugs besides crickets. The air conditioning sucks in my apartment. The equipment in the gym needs fixed.

Poor experience overall. Maintenance never gives time windows, and the office doesn’t answer calls or return messages. Communication is terrible. The complex is full of pigeons, smells like weed, and has poor security—people hop the walls, and the front gates rarely work. When I moved in, the unit was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and it smelled awful. The layout makes moving furniture upstairs nearly impossible. Only suitable for college students, maybe. I can’t wait for my lease to end. Would... give zero stars if I could. If you’re thinking of living here, this IS the review you want to see.

My experience is great. I enjoy the price we pay to live in the community. My family is making use of the amenities, especially the pool. I like the events that take place to show residents they are included and welcomed.
