Murietta at ASU

My one-bedroom apartment has been a great place to live. The space is comfortable and quiet, and everything in the unit has worked smoothly. The best part is definitely the office staff—they’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It really makes a difference knowing the people who run the community genuinely care about the residents. Overall, it’s been a positive and stress-free living experience.

The apartments themselves are nice and comfortable, and overall it has been a good place to live. However, maintenance requests are often slow, and some of the staff members could be more friendly and polite when interacting with residents. There is also an ongoing issue with pet waste being left around the community even after repeated warnings, which affects cleanliness. With improvements in these areas, this community could be much better.

Great community, peaceful atmosphere, spaced apartments. Any issues with in the apartment is fixed as soon as possible. I would recommend it.

Great place so far, would recommend to anyone. That this is the place to live. Great location plenty of places to eat, explore, close to all transportation spots.

I really like the community, however the only problem is with the materials used, they are a little flimsy. The maintenance requests are tended to pretty quickly.
