The application and move-in process was highly disorganized, involving delayed communication about missing information, multiple conflicting move-in dates via email, and a last-minute cancellation the day before move-in. While management helpfulness was limited to accepting early furniture shipments, the apartment itself is excellent. The unit features spacious rooms, large closets with useful extra shelving, a great balcony, nice pool, and pleasant grassy common areas.

Yes the outside of the apartment and the grounds are very nice.
The apartment unit I was assigned to very disappointed very!!! VERY!! AND THE REASON WHY I WAS DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THE APARTMENT I DID MY TOUR IN I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE MINUS THE BATHROOM AND THE MASTER BEDROOM THE COUNTERTOPS THE OTHER ACCESSORIES IN THE APARTMENT I WAS TOLD WE'RE GOING TO BE EXACTLY THE SAME WAS NOT REPAIRS AND SO FORTH TO THE MY UNIT WAS RUSHED I WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE READY NEAR THE END OF THE MONTH OF... THIS MONTH I FEEL IT WAS RUSHED TO A RUSH JOB AND I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED BUT I'M THANKFUL I HAVE A ROOF OVER MY HEAD

Maintenance can be better. The maintenance people come and do the temporary fixes, and the issue keeps popping up again after few days. And even we found many issues in the new unit.

Murietta has a very convenient location when it comes to the public transit in Tempe. The MARS bus stops right at the gate of the community which is fabulous. I stayed in Murietta for the entire duration of my masters and I a very good experience.
What would make Murietta better is an upgrade to the equipments at the GYM. I feel that it would just improve the space and the amenities 10x. I would also want to have a glass based induction stove instead of the coil for better control on the... temperature. It would be great to have more amenities in the community. But given the price range, I think it is doing a decent job. I would rather pay little more and benefit from the amenities, so guys at the leasing office, please do consider my request.
But overall, its a very comfortable location and has a sweet, kind and cheerful neighborhood.
