Great apartment, pretty quick with repairing complaints that were raised. Only problem is with pests. Since cockroach infestation exists, but thats a feature of most apartments around tempe.

The staff is very friendly. I like that it has a gym and a pool. I like that the apartments have a washer and dryer included in them. It's very cute.

living here is great, i just have a suggestion that it will be great if you can add a bench in the gym instead if the broken treadmill. thanks

Very happy and excited to be here neighbors are very helpful and friendly. They pointed out where to go shopping and get my mail and even offered to help me move stuff in. friendly clean, friendly nice environment. Haven’t met a mean person yet.
