I placed my request 3 weeks ago about a sink and dryer, they fixed the sink and not the dryer, then I received a gmail where the dryer and sink were already fixed, which is not true, the dryer was never fixed, I called the office several times to see when they would fix it and until today they have not responded to me, but they do charge the rent money very well.

I have been a resident of The Urban since December 2021 and DO NOT recommend this property to any one. They do not treat their residents with care or respect, dismiss concerns and suggestions to improve the quality of the environment, and their maintenance workers take forever to complete repairs. They also fail to complete the repairs on the first visit and dilly-dally.

I enjoy living here at The Urban. The issue I have is living under a resident who stomps and makes loud noises after quiet hours. Also Not enough uncovered parking for guests.
