Staff and property is very clean and well maintained. Maintenance is always timely and friendly. Management and staff are helpful and friendly. Amenities are clean well maintained and pleasant. Everyone does a great job!

Maintenance responds quickly and does a good job. Office is responsive and effective. Best place I've lived in.

Be prepared to pay for all new carpet when you move out. Our carpet had some dirty areas but no stains, burns, tears...nothing unusual. Their "vendor" said he recommended replacing ALL the carpet instead of cleaning it which could have easily been done. They even replaced the carpet in the bedrooms which was a year old and wasnt even dirty and they're trying to stick us with the bill. Its a joke. I've asked 4 different times to be called by them and nobody will call. Stay away.

The management here treats you like you're a prisoner. They don't bother responding to any requests you have, nor do they care if you need something. Dawn, the property manager, talks down to you as if you are a child and shows no respect for people who rent here.

While the location of the place is good and the neighbors are nice, the management of MAA ruins everything and makes your stay a living hell.

Moved in a few weeks ago. We were told by management that they were doing a final cleaning the day before and making sure everything was good. However, when we moved in there was black pet hair all over the place. And multiple lightbulbs throughout the apartment were burnt out. I also noticed multiple nail holes that were not filled and paint on the floors from doing touch ups.
