Stay away

DO NOT move HERE. The level of incompetence and lack of follow-through from the leasing office is astonishing. I’ve had to spend the last three weeks calling the office multiple times. They suck you in with offering two months free and a quick move-in but that is not what we experienced. The move-in date was pushed back several times, after they conveniently charge you almost $400 in application fees. We’ve been here for about a week and the day we moved in we ran the dishwasher with new dishes… and they came out covered in food, water all over the floor, and a garbage disposal that smells like it’s burning. Air filter looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in almost 30 years. Trying to get maintenance out to get the dishwasher situation remediated and I keep getting “oh you’ll hear something by Tuesday” and “oh will call you back,” they never do. Save yourself a big headache and find a different apartment.

Kitchen sink breakdown after few days of move in. Kitchen sink started leaking when used. It happened after few days we moved in. We contacted maintenance regarding this issue but new never came to fix it. It is been a week now. Hope they will come soon to fix it. Man someday we will leave from this place.
