They will lie to your face. Horrible communication and management. They will tell you one thing and completely lie about it the next. Save your time and your money this place is definitely not worth the trouble.

This is my 2nd year living here, and this is the WORST place to live in. DO NOT LIVE HERE. We have an insane amount of issues here. The staff does not care for your well being, only theirs. My roommates and I have had issues with our rent, fees, maintenance, etc. They told us one month, we didn't have to pay the transfer fee, and the next month we did. We have tried to clearly talk out the conflicts, but they cover their mistakes with roundabout answers and attitude. The front office has poor... communication overall, and do not waste your time talking with them. Along with one of those issues, is the resident portal. The website is always down, so you have to personally get cashier's checks and pay a fee, which is extremely INCONVENIENT, especially on holidays. On another note, we have transferred buildings after our first year, and the new apartment was said to be "ready" for us to move in. However, the floors have dips and water damage EVERYWHERE in the apartment along with moldy substances and more water damage in the bathroom and kitchen sink cabinets. We have had a front desk employee look at the issue, but NOTHING was done. We have also had to clean the vents ourselves because we were constantly getting sick from when we moved in. The balcony door is barely functional from the jammed locks and broken exterior. There is also no lightbulb even though we have put in a maintenance request the week we moved in. The noise in the villa is OUTRAGEOUS. You can hear all the fighting around/in the building. The walls are so thin that you can practically hear flushing from the entire building. Another big issue is security. There have been car break-ins, peeping toms, and suspicious people at night. We have even seen a guy pee next to the sidewalk out in the open. Don’t get the garden level apartments. There will always be bugs and cockroaches in your apartment and the windows are very small so you will not be getting much natural sunlight. The front office is also disorganized with their packages and are sometimes rude when you come before they log it in the system. What’s the point for paying for two day shipping when it’s sitting in the office unlogged for another day?

In general, I've been happy here. I've been here for two years, and in my first year I had no issues whatsoever. The gates used to break a lot, but they seem okay now. Staff is friendly. Parties here are pretty lame, but I like that because it is really quiet and there's no bothersome noise while I'm trying to study. However, I'm not sure what the purpose of "emergency maintenance" phone number is if nobody ever picks up or calls back. My roommate got locked out of her room (not the apartment... itself, but her room) and called emergency maintenance at 6 and left a message. And at 7. And 8. And 9. And 10. They never called back, and she slept on the couch that night and had to get a key in the morning when the office opened. I can't imagine what it would have been like if there was an emergency like a fire or flood. Guess the place would have gone down in flames! I've seen a couple other reviews on how emergency maintenance doesn't respond. So what's the point, then? That's the only problem I've had here, but it's a really big one. Read More

This complex is amazing for the ever struggling college students. This complex is affordable for what it offers. 24 hour accommodations such as a well sized exercise room and a spacious computer area for those who don't own their own computers. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are impressively large and are fully furnished which is one less thing to worry about. With the shuttle that runs continuously throughout the day, this apartment is the perfect fit for any future grads in need... of a place to stay. Read More
