I love it here at the Brookwood. The grounds are beautiful. It's located right in the middle of all the shopping, restaurants and even though one of the busiest intersections in Tucson, it's very quiet here.

I’m in my second year here and I truly love it. My apartment is great. The community is great now the office people are fabulous and treat you with respect and kindness and I have no intention of moving. I’m very happy here.

Do not move here. The worst apartments I’ve ever experienced, I cannot wait for my lease to be over, cockroaches everywhere and management has been aware for 8 MONTHS. They will not let us move out. We are finding them in our beds at this point and we keep this apartment spotless. We left a bag of take out in the table for 15 minutes and found about 6 roaches inside the bag.
