Staff. Honestly yes the amenities are amazing like the resort style pool, 24 hour gym, beautiful club house with a free movie theater and fully equipped kitchen but the staff at any apartment can make it or break it and I can definitely say the staff here is amazing! They are the most kind and sweet people I have ever encountered at a leasing office. They also make it a point to remember their residents which makes it more personable. The apartments themselves come with brand new washers and… dryers, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer that has an ice maker! And yes while rent can be a little high the only thing you have to pay for is for electric (which my highest bill was $67 and I kept my apartment at 72 degrees) and wifi and it comes with the equipment in the apartment and an easy way to set it up! The residents themselves are very friendly, I actually became very close with a lot of them. I am sad to leave because it's a wonderful apartment complex but they have made the move out process way easier! So to sum everything up the staff was 95% of the deciding factor in moving in! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you've stepped into a five star resort. The way I was greeted when I walked in, instantly made me feel like I was home. I was blown away before they even showed me the apartment. The movie theatre is amazing, and the pool really is like you would find in a resort. I can't wait to move in!

Love this apartment. Very spacious, friendly, and quiet. I don't have any complaints about it! The pool by the way and the gym are awesome, very fancy. Definitely a cool place to bring family and friends. ALL of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful !!

Safe. Beautiful. Clean and perfect!
Can’t wait for them to open the Gym, that’s for sure... I like the properties have a ring door bell installed. Comfortable, modern, clean ;) would give it a 5 star but unable to use gym, theatre, pool area... unfortunately.
