Management could not care less about residents. They don't reply to emails, and don't properly follow up on work orders (you have to call them several times to "remind" them that you have a work order pending). I spent 6 weeks with a broken oven and two weeks with cockroaches before someone actually came to spray.

If it wasn't for the poor management, I would love the place. I love the location and the maintenance staff is courteous.

upon visiting to view living options, I was told there is a $250.00 pet deposit non- refundable and only one parking spot is available per apartment. So for my family and I, we need at least 3. We have 3 babies, so there's no way one vehicle for all the adults and babies is going to be able to commute to work. There is a special for the 3 bedroom, but without the fireplace. Disappointed with pricing and options.

I've lived at affordable Estancia for a year and loved it. The maintenance request and service were no issues. I was comfortable living with privacy balcony. Neighbors were friendly and I even made some friends that we keep in touch. I wouldn't mind to renew my lease for the price I pay for beautiful Estancia community, but I happened to adopt a new furry friend, dog.
