Horrible experience

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
Loads of maintenance issues that never got addressed despite repeatedly requesting repairs. Apartments flood during rainy season, and do not get fixed. Managers are unresponsive, evasive, and unaccountable. Owner lives out of state and takes no interest in caring for tenants.

These apartments are also located right next to a school, which means lots of noise on weekdays.

Nightmare to live here. If I could give zero stars I would.

I miss the Peppertree Apartments

This was the first apartment I stayed in when I first moved to Tucson, and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The rent was reasonable, the area was always clean, we never had any maintenance issues, and we never had issues with sketchy or dangerous people trespassing or wandering into the premises. I've always felt safe living here, and I always felt taken care of. The landlords/property managers live on the premises and are amazing people who go above and beyond to take care of... their tenants. If you have the chance to rent here, definately do so!
