The Place At Creekside

Me and my husband were one of the first people to move in here and we love it!
This place is only 3 years old - all shiny and new. And phase 2 is brand new. Most of the other apartments in the Tucson city limits are very ancient and worn down.
Unlike most other apartments, this place has stainless steel appliances, real tile in the kitchen and bath, and nice interior paint color.
I like the 9 foot ceilings because it accommodates my canopy bed.
We enjoy using the huge gas BBQ's grills.
This... place has one of the largest pools in Tucson and most of the time I have the whole thing to myself while everyone else is sitting on a lounge chair or in the hot tub.
It's my first experience with front load washer & dryers, and I must say they definitely clean better and are much more quiet than top loaders which is what all the other apartments have.
Maintenance comes the same day or the very next day that you summit a request.
As far as location, I love it because it's a 10 minute drive to work (TMC), and 6 minutes to Target, Fry's, Albertson's and a brand new Super Walmart Read More

Really this place is a 4.5 star. Great apartments to live in. Solid walls, great views, 24 hour heated pool and gym. Great staff. Every month there's a get together for all the residents. Great fun. They have bikes to take out on the trails. Dog park. Gas grills for the residents to use near the pool. Pet friendly. Would be a five if they had more parking spaces. But I do have 3 cars so for me I would like more spaces closer to my apartment. Otherwise it would be a five star.

We moved to The Place at Creekside in February and really love our home. There are only a few minor issues, bugspraying each month is a must and the tree landscape is not taken care of right away. But other than that, this place is amazing. The staff is friendly and really listen to what you have to say. The apartment community is great! Each month there are gatherings and events which have great turn outs! The neighbors in the community are pleasant and friendly. The amenities are wonderful... to say the least. Not only do we have a 24 hour gym and pool, but if we want to explore the nature around us they have complimentary bike usage! And one of the biggest things we like is the way pets are treated. One of the Best Aprtments complexes to live in. Apartments are nicely upgraded. Ammenities and the team is very involve with the residents.

I am in the Air Force. It he military moved to Tucson AZ in November 2014. I found this place. It wass brame new but the only thing is the parking that is a bit far from your place. The place is great! Some resident don't clean up after themselves. That is a bad thing.
