Keep looking

It was a nice place when I moved here two years ago. There are far more residents who are under age 55. Some with drug problems, some with filthy apartments thus cockroaches. Some who like to party, rev their car engines, and yell at all hours of the night, all under age 55. So sad, it used to be a really nice community of active seniors. It is rapidly going down hill, there used to be a van for community activities, that is gone. Garbage pick-up sometimes, biting dogs, A/C that works most… of the time, not always and a pool that is never pristine. If you are looking for a nice 55+ place to live, keep looking, this isn't it anymore.

GREAT PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT TEAM

This place is great, the property is well maintained and maintenance is right on the job when a problem and repair is needed in the apartment.
The managers Vanessa and Jennifer are super ladies, they are very nice and helpful. I spoke with both of them because I am downsizing my choice of apartment from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom. They made sure to let me know when an apartment I would like came available so I could view it and if interested I could request the apartment.
The amenities here are… great and the other residents are friendly and so far always have a hello and a smile.

Keep looking

The proper maintenance for the pool is not conducted. The only thing that appears to matter is that the test strip comes out somewhat close to where the chemical balance should be. Rotten vegetation can be found on the bottom of the pool as well as dirt and algae where there is an accessible ramp to get into the pool. The neighborhood is very loud. There are barking dogs everywhere. And this is not an exclusive 55 plus community. If you think it is please call and ask the office for their… statistics on corporate apartments and any age can rent apartments. I am not pleased in the least. And I will not be resigning up my lease.
