Please expect some local noise throughout the day and into the evenings due to the downtown location and proximity to bars. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No pets are allowed. No parties are permitted. Sports equipment should not be brought inside the suite; use the storage area provided. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if flooring is coal/dirt stained and requires treatment. No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes is allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. There will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am unless otherwise stated. Furniture must not be rearranged or moved near fireplaces. Be respectful of other guests with noise levels.
