Silver Rock is a condominium complex located in the picturesque mountain town of Fernie, British Columbia. It is situated in close proximity to Fernie Alpine Resort, a top ski destination, and offers easy access to hiking and mountain biking in the summer. The complex is a short drive from Fernie town, where you can explore dining options, shops, and art galleries. The area is known for its stunning natural beauty, with the Elk River and surrounding mountains offering numerous opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts.
Quiet time is observed from 11 pm to 8 am, with a $200 minimum fine for complaints to the strata. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No pets are allowed. No parties are permitted. Sports equipment, bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning, including communal areas. No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes is allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. There will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances, and no refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
