The strata forbids the use of hot plates and portable cooking stoves in all lock-off units. Construction is ongoing near the townhouses and condos, which may result in some noise and traffic. Quiet time is observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No pets are allowed. No parties are permitted. Sports equipment is not allowed inside the unit, and bikes, skis, boards, and other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. For guests staying for work, mud, coal, or work-related mess should not be tracked into the building or unit, and work materials or supplies should not be brought in.
