Management is poor.
Instead of keeping spare parts in stock so residents don't have to wait weeks to have a working faucet, they wait until it breaks so they can save a buck using the warranty.
Threatened to return packages to sender if not picked up within 5 days, with no mention of just notifying the resident in case they missed a package.
Actively refuse to enforce guest limits for pool and Spa.
Installed useless speedbumps next to the garage gates.
