Our apartment is one of only 5, which means it is always quiet and relaxing. Our property management is easily the friendliest management company I have ever worked with. We are just across the street from two parks and just down the street from various shops and restaurants.

This is my 1st time renting an apartment. I had a lot of questions about what's included and what's not. This apt is really spacious for 1 person, and just the right amount of space for a couple. It comes with 2 parking spaces behind a gated area and the building has its own laundry room (1 washer, 1 dryer that cost $1.00 each). There is only 1 adjacent neighbor and my apt is above the parking area so you have no noise issues or privacy issues. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom and... carport. The kitchen is furnished with an electric stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a fridge. The location is great. It is near the heart of Alhambra, near a movie theatre 2 blocks down, and many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. There is a park across the street, quiet & safe neighborhood, and a gas station 2 blocks up. The location is below Huntington Dr and above Main St. The 10 fwy is 5 min away and the nearest Hospital is 5 min away. Read More
