The Crossing at North Loop

Even though there is currently new management they are still bad. The only care about your money. They don’t answer your calls, they don’t keep up with the maintenance of the carpet even though the carpet is in very bad condition. They don’t help you to paint the walls, even if you are a long term resident. Maintenance can not be trusted. My apartment was robbed by a previous maintenance a few years back, and management did nothing to help me. The whole place has been roach infested for years,... it’s disgusting. The property management company, Buckingham property management, does NOT care about residents at all. They care more about if we have "unauthorized " christmas lights up for our children than making sure we have decent carpet without nails digging into our feet, paint that isn't disappearing off the walls and hot water. It's really sad to live here honestly

Main office is always CLOSED!!!! I’m so tired of it... last three months when I wanna go to office and ask something or to give them some papers they are always closed!!! My A/C doesn’t work since May and now is July. Inside of my apartment is almost the same temperature as outside.. It seems like nobody’s care about it. I even called to corporate but still... I’m so disappointed.

HORRIBLE experience living in these apartments! They say they are smoke free, when the manager herself walks around near complexes and smokes. Front office staff is rude and shady when it comes to paperwork. I lived here for years and I'm so glad I finally moved out. When I had problems with the A/C, they would come and fix it for a short period of time and it would break again. Our apartment was so heated in the summer, we had to be outside to stay cooler. No matter how many times they tried... fixing the AC it would still not work; I paid so much money for rent only to receive a horrible experience in return. In the middle of the night, neighbors had parties and such loud music that our walls trembled from the loud bass. Security never even showed up! the party lasted till morning. NOBODY slept in the complex, due to excessive noise, music and yelling. Save yourself headaches and avoid The Crossings at North Loop at all cost. Read More
