Not worth the money

Thank goodness my lease is up. The laundry rooms are always broken. My water is orange for the first 5 -10 seconds after turning on. No security, when my truck was drilled into all they said was oh this is the first case this year thanks for letting us know.

The management company has hired a new laundry service vendor to service all equipment with upgraded machines.

Needs improvement.

Stayed here for about 12 years and we always had issues with things around the apartment. When we would tell them to come fix it, they would take forever or wouldn't even come by. Not to mention all of the secret fees for the garbage and garage that they wouldn't tell you until you signed the lease/ The little play park was dingy and had holes burnt in it, and the pool was always closed or "needed maintenance." The area is lovely and the park across the street is quite nice, but unless you're… desperate, I'd recommend you find somewhere else.
