Pine Brook Apartments

This place is a nightmare. Management is terrible, the laundry room is filthy, and basic living conditions are unacceptable. When we first moved in during the summer, the AC was broken for two days, leaving us to suffer in the heat. Then, when winter came, the heater failed, and it took them almost a week to fix it for us. Security is a joke—car windows are broken into regularly, and tires were stolen right off vehicles during Thanksgiving. The water pressure is a constant battle, swinging from… scalding hot to ice-cold in seconds while showering. And as if that weren’t enough, they shut off our water during the day because the pipes are constantly breaking. Living here is a never-ending cycle of frustration. we are moving out next month. This place is horrible. Roach infestations are insane. We have told office and they did nothing. They refuse to give you a key pass for the parking lot that contains the mail boxes if you park on the WHOLE OTHER SIDE OF THE APT COMPLEX. Every year there’s leaks. The office people are so rude and maintenance always leave their trash everywhere. I would recommend to look anywhere else but here. The rent price is way too much for what they offer. They’re always shutting off our water with absolute… no notice and then continue to send the tenants annoying text messages that we didn’t even approve to be constantly messaged. Rent somewhere they give you at least the benefit of driving to get your mail instead of walking from the complete other side of the complex in the rain and 100 degree weather. At least give us that. I've been living in this apartment community for quite some time now, and I must say, the change in management has been truly remarkable. The new management team has been incredibly attentive, responsive, and dedicated to making positive improvements throughout the property. Maintenance requests are now handled promptly, and the common areas have been given a much-needed facelift. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I'm impressed with the sense of community they have… fostered, organizing fun events that bring residents together. It's evident that they genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of their residents. Under new management, I was pleasantly welcomed into my new upgraded apartment. The maintenance crew just completed a full exterior paint for the whole property, the pool looks clean and inviting, gym is solid, beautiful landscape and my apartment was renovated to perfection.
