My credit wasn't good they worked with me the chubby one is a little rude but Mercedes and the manager are cool there was an issue they fixed it no matter what it was this was a calm year and I'm thinking of going back

I have lived here for almost four years and have been miserable for at least 3.5 of those years. What was said about getting things fixed is true it is sometimes like pulling teeth. The pool is closed more than it is open during the summer due to the health department shutting it down. I begged them to do something about the upstairs neighbors who let their kids run and stomp until late in the night but nothing was done for three years now. The straw that broke the camel's back is that one of… their kids jumped off the balcony onto the roof of my car and completely caved it in. Management refused to do anything about it and I even pleaded to be moved to a different unit but they refused. i would not recommend shadow ridge to no one..first off, the other tenants are rude and complains about the smell of cigarettes that i smoke inside my own home.my downstairs neighbor had roaches all inside her house because she had a lot of dogs, so of course my apartment would get her roaches.. i called the landlord to tell her about my problem that i have with roaches and she tried to get me evicted because of my neighbor complaining about my cigarette smoking..she never got my problem… resolve. i also had a problem with my bath water because for some reason it sometimes doesn't turn off, the maintenance guy finally came and told me he fixed it, 2 days later my bath knob doesn't turn at all and now i cant even take a shower at all...by FAR the worst experience ever!!!!! worst place ever!!!! dont do it the management only cares about her money, disregard for there tenants living problems,FLAT OUT BAD!! only stayed 3 months because it was by far a horrible experience
