Within walking distance of the Caltrain and a 24-hour Safeway, but far enough away from El Camino to reduce noise traffic, this is a great little building. The managers (even when they changed) have always been responsive, and rent increases reasonable for the area. I like the courtyard and the closed-off feel. It has a pool, parking, and well-maintained landscaping. Pets are allowed with permission of the managers, except for dogs.
