Within walking distance of the Caltrain and a 24-hour Safeway, but far enough away from El Camino to reduce noise traffic, this is a great little building. The managers (even when they changed) have always been responsive, and rent increases reasonable for the area. I like the courtyard and the closed-off feel. It has a pool, parking, and well-maintained landscaping. Pets are allowed with permission of the managers, except for dogs. It's definitely an older building with some quirks (like... only half the outlets are grounded, and the plumbing can be touchy)--but nothing dire with good managers. Also the kitchen is tiny. But comes with a dishwasher, so. Lee mas
