We seek a group of three academics for our beautiful, furnished lower flat. Other people in this building are friendly international and US scholars. The building is behind another house, away from the quiet, oak-lined street.

The flat has three... bedrooms, a big, airy living room, nice kitchen, on-site laundry, drawers and closets for your clothes, linens, plenty of heat, plenty of light, and high-speed Internet. Each bedroom has something special: a private patio, private entrance, or an in-room plumbed vanity.

Outside is a shared garden patio, and a few hundred feet away is a park with tennis and basketball courts.
